We are appointment based only so we ask that you arrive to your appointment at your scheduled time. Each client will be granted a 15 minute grace period after the 15 minutes you will be charged $25 late fee and after 20 minutes you will have to reschedule for a later time and date.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel we ask that you do so 24 hours prior to your appointment.
